Meet Chris
Hi, my name is Chris. I am the creator Yoga for Longevity.
I am a mom, sister, aunt, neighbor, friend, dog mom, and a bit of a yoga nerd and movement enthusiast.
When I am not teaching or practicing yoga, you can usually find me outside enjoying nature. I might be digging in my tiny garden, going for an easy hike or sitting in my lounge chair enjoying those rare Seattle summer days, glass of wine in hand.
My philosophy as a yoga teacher? Yoga can help most anyone find what they need. You are stronger than you think. And it is never too late to start.
Most of my clients are my age-ish and/or have some limitations that keep them from attending a group class. It was during the pandemic that I discovered the potential of online teaching. I love how it allows me to reach anyone, anywhere.
This led to the creation of this online yoga studio with classes and courses to promote healthy longevity! I want everyone to not only live a long life, but during that lifetime to feel balanced and strong, continuing to enhance their vitality. Be Happy!
